Mobile Care Assistant – Field-Based Senior Care (Solihull)

McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Solihull is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team. The role combines Personal Care and Domestic Services, with travel between developments to support homeowners and maintain high standards of care and lifestyle support.

You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Registered Care Manager to deliver bespoke care, companionship and wellbeing activities, including help with daily tasks and community engagement.
