With good stock levels and property values, this is a fantastic role offering great earning potential for a driven and motivated Sales Negotiator.
Our client is interested in both a junior or an experienced Sales Negotiator to work in their Wimbledon Branch. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator who is driven, ambitious and self motivated for success. Knowledge of the Wimbledon area advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new listing opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential buyers
- Negotiate and close deals between buyers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents
