Employee Relations Specialist — Finance, London

Insight Select Limited seeks an Employee Relations Advisor to join our London-based team within a financial services environment. You will advise line managers, handle grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and appeals, and help evolve HR policies in line with UK employment law.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders, manage complex ER cases including Employment Tribunal claims, and contribute to data reporting and ER process improvements across the business.
