Head of Investor Relations

Overview

As Head of Investor Relations, you will articulate IWG’s strategy to the investor community and help drive shareholder value. You will shape and execute the IR framework, ensuring clear, consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on market intelligence, financial trend analysis, and managing earnings communications. You will work closely with leadership to support the company’s growth and sustainability agenda while navigating regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build investor confidence in the company’s vision and strategy for shareholder value
• Develop and implement a robust investor relations framework
• Maintain a strong reputation through clear internal/external communications
• Manage equity research and investor relationships
• Provide market insights to the leadership team
• Analyse financial trends, competitors, and shareholder issues impacting the business
• Oversee quarterly earnings processes and conference calls
• Collaborate with legal on regulatory compliance
• Assist in preparing the Annual Report and 10-K

Key requirements

• Seasoned professional with extensive experience in investor relations or related finance roles
• Proven track record of engaging with investors and equity analysts
• Strong knowledge of SEC laws and securities disclosure and filing requirements
• Deep understanding of capital markets and key performance metrics
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Solid grasp of macroeconomics, market trends, and industry dynamics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to craft compelling messages
