Thriving Investments, backed by Places for People, seeks a Governance & Executive Officer to ensure governance arrangements run smoothly. You will coordinate meetings, prepare papers, maintain calendars and records, and produce minutes and decision logs for boards and senior leaders.
Working with the Head of Governance & Compliance, you will support regulatory submissions, policy maintenance and governance documentation, while helping investor reporting and data protection activities.
