Resident Liaison & Community Experience Lead (Hybrid)

Southern Housing is seeking a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to be the main contact for residents during maintenance works, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high customer care.

Based at our Croydon – Tramshed office with hybrid options, the role may require site visits and the delivery of resident meetings, consultations and reports to track KPIs and service improvements.
