Care Team Leader – Extra Care & Community Support

Radis Community Care in Telford is seeking a Team Leader to oversee care staff at Stirchley House Extra Care scheme. You will supervise care workers, schedule work, assist with medication and personal care, and support residents in the community.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (level 3 aim), excellent communication, a willingness to learn, and an Enhanced DBS check. Driving license is advantageous for travel.
