Lead Social Worker – Adult Mental Health and Safeguarding

Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) in Hemel Hempstead is recruiting a Senior Social Worker for the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS) in North West Hertfordshire. The role covers safeguarding, risk assessment and person-centred support for adults at risk of abuse.

You will work across two teams, Dacorum and St. Albans, and contribute to safeguarding investigations, care planning and multi-agency collaboration within a nationally recognised trust.
