Senior Groundworks PM – 40-Week Industrial Site Pontefract

Appoint is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Agent to oversee a £10m groundworks package on a large industrial unit development in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The role is site-based with an anticipated programme of 40 weeks, reporting to the Civil Engineering/Groundworks contractor’s management team.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and deliver works on programme.
