Senior Carer & Team Lead — Empower Home Care

You & I Care is seeking a Senior Care Supervisor to oversee home care delivery, support Junior Carers, and ensure care plans are followed in line with CQC standards under the Care Management Team.

You will promote wellbeing, lead training, manage rostas, supervise staff, and liaise with families to ensure dignity and independence for service users, while respecting rights and choices.
