Regional Sales Leader – Hybrid FMCG with Car & Bonus

CPM Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead multi-channel soft drinks sales across the region. You will drive performance, coach dispersed teams and implement regional business plans in collaboration with Suntory Soft Drinks.

The role is hybrid, combining office planning with field leadership, coaching and client engagement. You will manage Sales Merchandisers, Territory Managers and Business Development Executives to achieve targets.
