Global HR & Payroll Specialist (UK & US)

DEEP Manufacturing is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join our growing SME in Avonmouth, Bristol. You will support the HR Manager across the employee lifecycle and handle end-to-end payroll for UK and US staff, both salaried and hourly.

In this hands-on role you’ll maintain GDPR-compliant records, manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, timesheets, and payroll reporting, while helping drive process improvements and ensure accurate, timely pay.
