Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support business change and transformation initiatives across the organisation, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. You will map processes, analyse requirements, and ensure outcomes align with objectives and regulatory needs. You’ll drive improvements, support UAT and implementation, and help enable efficient operations at scale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a focus on delivering tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions
• Support process mapping, UAT and implementation activities
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements

Key requirements

• Previous Business Analyst experience, ideally within insurance or financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience with process mapping, business change and project delivery
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
