UK Internal Controls Specialist – Compliance & Risk

Decathlon UK is seeking an Internal Control Specialist to embed a strong compliance culture across the UK. You will design, implement, and review Level 2 controls for key operational, tax, and financial processes, aligning with HMRC mandates, SAPIN II, IFRS/UK GAAP, and UK regulations.

You will lead governance, risk assessment, and remediation efforts, partnering with Group Internal Control, auditors, and senior leaders to strengthen our control framework and drive continuous improvement.
