Overview

As Delivery Manager (M365) you will lead a high-performing, cross-functional technical team to deliver Microsoft 365-based solutions. You’ll work within the Capabilities, IT Cloud group to drive successful delivery for public-sector and growing private-sector projects. You’ll tackle complex identity, authentication, and collaboration challenges, shaping secure, future-ready IT environments. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M365 projects with a multi-disciplinary team
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on requirements, schedules and risks
• Ensure technical excellence across Exchange, AD/Entra ID, M365 Productivity Services and related security controls
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex collaboration and messaging challenges
