Overview

You join the Alternative Equity Products team within Equity Capital Markets to support financing solutions for corporates and institutions. You will work across three verticals—private placements, equity-linked financing, and PIPEs—helping structure, pitch, price, and market on behalf of clients. As part of a small, cross-functional team, you have opportunities to lead workstreams and gain broad exposure across processes and committees. This role combines financial analysis, client interaction, and deal execution in a dynamic ECM environment.

Responsibilities

• support pitching, pricing, and deal documentation for alternative equity products
• liaise with internal committees and coordinate with sales and investors
• engage in marketing and client-facing activities to originate and execute transactions
• participate across multiple workstreams and potentially lead initiatives due to small team size
• conduct financial and valuation analysis to support investment decisions
• maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Key requirements

• Bachelor
• at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• strong analytical orientation with experience in financial and valuation analysis in Excel or comparable tools

• maturity to interact with all levels of professionals
• sound judgment for quick and complex decisions
• ability to collaborate across teams and clients
