Head of Sales & Revenue – Luxury Hotels & MICE

Elite Hotels, based at Ashdown Park Hotel, RH18 5JR, seeks a Senior Sales Director to develop and lead the group’s revenue strategy. You will drive profitability across all market sectors, with emphasis on MICE, corporate travel, and group business, while mentoring Sales and Revenue teams toward a high-performance culture.
