Mill Operations Leader – Feed Production & Safety

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Site Manager for the Navenby Feed Mill. You will lead production, maintenance, quality, planning and administration to deliver high-quality feed safely and efficiently.

You will drive improvements, develop staff and meet key KPIs while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, feed-milling process knowledge and a track record of cost saving, with willingness to travel to other sites as required.
