Backed by leading investors and founded by an exceptional technical team, they’re looking for a Founding ML & Data Science Engineer to take ownership of challenging machine learning problems with genuine real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Build predictive ML models, including time-series forecasting and sequence modelling.
• Apply advanced ML and reinforcement learning to real-world optimisation problems.
• Own data pipelines, model deployment and ML architecture alongside the founding team.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of production ML experience and strong Python skills.
• Experience with time-series forecasting, probabilistic modelling or reinforcement learning.
• Strong data engineering, model evaluation and problem-solving ability.
• UK citizenship required, with availability to work onsite in London.
• Founding-level ownership and significant technical influence.
• Solve challenging problems across AI, optimisation and autonomous systems.
