Overview
In this role you will support a national non-contentious construction team on major UK projects, advising on contracts and supporting high-value programmes across health, education, housing, and regeneration. You will collaborate with government bodies, NHS trusts, universities, and developers, contributing to a growing practice with strong career development and flexible working. The role offers influence on contract strategy and project delivery in a busy, high-profile environment. You will help shape contract solutions for large-scale infrastructure and public-sector programmes.

Responsibilities
- Advising on and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke)
- Supporting major programmes (hospitals, social housing, schools, regeneration)
- Collaborating with clients including government bodies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and developers
Key requirements
- 1-4 years’ PQE
- strong drafting skills
- commercial awareness
- interest in specialising in non-contentious construction
