Fleet Reliability Engineer – Predictive Maintenance

British Airways, operating BA Cityflyer, seeks a Fleet Performance Engineer to manage and develop the preventive maintenance programme for Embraer E190s and lead predictive maintenance activities. You will drive reliability, ensure safe and on-time operations, and deliver data-driven performance reports.

You will collaborate with Safety, Service, and Air Ops teams, provide technical guidance, and support shift coverage as needed while maintaining fleet health across UK and Europe operations.
