Senior Healthcare Counsel – NHS, Inquests & Contracts

The NHS Trust is seeking an experienced solicitor to provide legal advice across a broad range of matters affecting our Trust clients and staff. The role covers urgent time-critical issues, complex clinical negligence cases, inquests, and review of expert reports from panel solicitors.

You will oversee Healthcare Legal Services workloads, mentor junior solicitors, deputise for General Counsel, and contribute to senior Trust governance through reports and strategic input.
