Retail Water Service Desk Specialist

Wessex Water is looking for a customer service professional to be the first point of contact for retailers and non-household customers, handling calls, emails and live chat. You will process requests from new water meter installations to market data verification and monitor each job through to completion.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience with MS Teams, Excel, Outlook and Word.
