Senior PN Transformation Pharmacist Lead

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Parenteral Nutrition Transformation Lead Pharmacist to drive a Trustwide PN transformation. You will partner with Nutrition colleagues to implement new PN models across adult, paediatric and neonatal services, improving ordering efficiencies and delivering cost savings.

The role requires a pharmacy degree, GPhC registration, and extensive PN experience, with strong leadership, project management and IT skills.
