Night Charge Nurse – Lead Clinical Care & Shifts

Mearns View Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Charge Nurse (RGN or RMN) to lead clinical and operational care during shifts. You will oversee medication processes, ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards, and support staff development.

This senior role requires leadership, decisive clinical judgement, and the ability to manage a shift independently, including out-of-hours coverage, within a luxury 67-bed home in Newton Mearns.
