Investment Manager – Capital Projects and Property
Salary: £58,490 – £61,462 | Glasgow | Permanent, Full-time | 35 hours per week
Queens Cross Housing Association is looking for a confident property, construction or project delivery professional to lead a £7m capital investment programme improving homes and communities across North West Glasgow.
You’ll lead major works from feasibility through to completion, managing procurement, contractors, budgets, risk and programme delivery while supporting and developing the Investment team.
We welcome candidates from property, construction, consultancy, surveying, contractor‑side, local authority, asset management and wider public sector backgrounds.
Social housing experience is welcome, but not essential.
