Locum Senior Mental Health Social Work Lead

Connect2Hackney is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner for the Carers, Reviews & Hospital Discharge Team in Hackney, within an integrated mental health setting. You will provide social care leadership, supervise social workers, and help deliver high-quality person-centred care.

You will work with the Team Manager and a multidisciplinary team to ensure robust assessments, safeguarding, and service improvement, while deputising as needed and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
