Social Worker – Independent Living & Safeguarding

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is recruiting a qualified Social Worker to join the Adult South Complex Team. You will assess needs, develop person-centred care plans, and coordinate services to help residents live safely and with independence.
