Patient Access Team Lead – Care & Coordination

Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking highly organised, proactive and customer-focused team leaders for the Patient Access Department at Sandwell Health Campus. The role is fast-paced, varied and involves working with colleagues across the Trust and with the public to provide a Best in Class service.

The department covers Outpatient Bookings, Rapid Access and Imaging, Contact Centre and Scheduled Care, with potential development through a level 3 team leading/supervisor qualification
