Are you an experienced Care Home Manager passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care? We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee a care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care.
The RoleYou will lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and a positive environment for residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate and develop the care team.Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance standards.
About YouYou will ideally have:At least three years’ experience as a Care Home Manager.A Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care regulations.Excellent leadership, communication and operational management skills.
