Birdston Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care. You will follow care plans, monitor wellbeing, and help create a respectful, dignified environment in a modern home with lovely gardens and views.

Training and development are provided to support your journey. The role is open to experienced carers or newcomers, with full training and ongoing support.
