Mental Health Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist – Primary Care

NHS Borders is seeking a skilled pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team as a Primary Care Pharmacist with a focus on mental health prescribing. You will work with GP practices, primary care mental health services, and community pharmacy to improve prescribing quality and safe use of psychotropic medicines.

Lead prescribing safety and quality improvement aligned to national indicators; play a key role in service development and patient care across primary care settings.
