Senior Director of Property Training and Quality

FDR Law is seeking a Director of Training and Quality to lead learning initiatives and ensure high standards across the firm. You will oversee training for new and existing property lawyers, develop materials, and collaborate with Compliance to enhance service delivery and client experience.

You will guide consultants on SRA, CQS and Lexcel requirements, supervise the Onboarding Executive, and drive continuous improvement in quality and processes within the conveyancing practice.
