HR Internship: Onboarding, Talent Development & AI Learning

Boehringer Ingelheim offers a 12‑month paid HR internship starting September 2027, based at our Winnersh head office with a requirement to work from the office a minimum of two days per week. You will support the HR team across the employee lifecycle, with exposure to centres of excellence, data & governance, and HR business partnering.
