Central London Community Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 Registered Nurse to join the Watford and Three Rivers Community Nursing Team as a Deputy Team Lead. You will co-lead a neighbourhood team, work closely with Team Leaders, and manage a patient caseload with supervision of staff.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based care in patients’ homes, promoting independence and positive outcomes. Community nursing experience is highly valued and collaboration is essential.
