Description
You will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
- Buy-to-let matters
- Residential property portfolio work
Profile
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge across the conveyancing process.
- 4 Years PQE
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to developing relationships.
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload effectively.
Job Offer
- Permanent Residential Property Lawyer position in Walton-On-Thames.
- Salary of £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
