Team Leader (Maternity Cover) – Flexible Shifts

Choice Care is seeking a Team Leader to support a team of social care workers in a residential setting. You will lead by example, ensure the highest level of care and liaise with senior staff, reporting any concerns as they arise.

The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with 37.5 hours per week. An enhanced rate is available for Level 3 or higher qualifications in health and social care. This is a fixed-term maternity cover.
