In-House Risk & Compliance Lawyer

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager / Solicitor to join our busy General Counsel function across multiple offices including Oxford. The role combines practical legal and regulatory advice with investigations, policy development and risk management, guiding partners, lawyers and business services.

You will focus on conflicts, claims and complaints, policies and wider risk advisory work, working with senior stakeholders to improve processes and deliver clear guidance.
