Lead Employment Specialist – Milton Keynes

AKG UK is seeking an CtW Employment Specialist Team Lead in Milton Keynes. The role oversees a small team of Employment Specialists and a caseload of up to 10 participants, guiding them back into paid work and providing ongoing in-work support where needed.

You will develop the Connect to Work service, lead employer engagement, ensure fidelity to the supported employment model, and coordinate with partners to secure opportunities and provide supervisory oversight.
