FP&A Lead for SaaS Growth & Strategy (Equity)

Nory is hiring an FP&A Lead to own and build the function end-to-end within its Finance and Operations team, guiding growth decisions with robust planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, CS, People, Product and Engineering to set targets, track KPIs and manage headcount vs spend while maintaining a single source of truth for key SaaS metrics.
