Senior Practitioner, Children in Care – Lead Practice

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Senior Practitioner for Children in Care to lead practice quality and supervise social work teams. You will coordinate complex casework, mentor colleagues, and drive adherence to safeguarding standards across cases in Birmingham.

Hybrid role based in Birmingham with a strong focus on partnership working with police, health, schools and other agencies. Social Work England registration and a proven track record are essential.
