Head of Maintenance – Care Home Ops & Team Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance to keep our care home welcoming and well-maintained for residents and staff. You will oversee maintenance tasks, lead a small team, and collaborate with contractors to ensure safety and quality.

You will also support the General Manager with budget planning, require a full UK driving licence, and hold GCSEs in Maths and English. Hands-on trade skills and flexibility are essential.
