HR Officer (12-Month Maternity Cover) – Full Lifecycle HR

Pacifica is recruiting an HR Officer on a 12 month maternity cover to join our People Team in Houghton-le-Spring. The role supports the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to HR administration, employee relations and learning & development.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and contribute to a positive, professional HR service. The ideal candidate holds CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) with 4+ years generalist HR experience, proficient in HRIS systems (People First / iTrent)
