Eton Bridge Partners are partnering with a PE backed telecoms company, looking for a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead financial control, reporting, and process improvement within a growing business.
You will own the month-end close process, strengthen the control environment, and oversee key accounting areas including revenue recognition, VAT, deferred income, and IFRS 15 contract assets. You’ll also drive improvements in balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, and scalable finance processes.
Alongside financial control responsibilities, you will develop high-quality management reporting, including monthly management accounts, KPIs, incentive reporting, and sales and marketing performance dashboards. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide meaningful insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong financial control and technical accounting experience
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and IFRS 15
- Proven track record of improving processes, controls, and reporting
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
