Lux Spa Receptionist & Guest Experience

Autograph Collection in London looks for a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and delivering a welcoming experience. You will promote spa services and retail offerings while maintaining a pristine reception area and brand standards.

Experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and ability to upsell memberships are essential, with a professional appearance required to align with five-star brand standards.
