Inclusive Production Roaster – Part-Time (3 days)

United Baristas seeks a Production Roaster for a part-time role three days a week at our Margate roastery. We value inclusion and a supportive team, with a focus on quality roasting and friendly service by the sea.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of production roasting experience in coffee, or hands-on specialty coffee work. This role includes heavy lifting, noisy environments, and the roastery is wheelchair accessible, with on-site parking nearby.
