Resource Manager: Talent & Forecasting Lead

Edelman London is seeking a Level 3A Resource Manager to oversee day-to-day resourcing for a market pool, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, while building confidence with senior stakeholders.

You will lead resourcing, maintain OneRMP and reporting tools, manage hiring validation with support from RD, and deliver utilization and forecast insights, partnering with PMs, client teams and business managers to manage briefs.
