Young’s Pubs in Burnham-on-Sea is seeking a proactive Head Chef to lead our kitchen, crafting seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, local produce and signature dishes. You will manage a kitchen team, inspire creativity, and uphold high standards of quality and service.

As Head Chef, you’ll own menu development, cost control and training, while working closely with front-of-house to drive guest satisfaction and revenue. A hands-on role in a lively pub environment across seasons.
