In-House Legal Counsel, Renewable Energy (Remote)

Mackinnon Bruce International is seeking a Legal Counsel for a renewable energy and battery storage business based in London. The role supports UK and European operations, handling corporate transactions, due diligence and governance across an international energy portfolio.

You will work closely with the General Counsel and cross-functional teams to manage data rooms, document lists and procurement contracts, while gaining exposure to cross-border projects and dispute resolution.
