Empowerment Outreach Support Worker – Part Time, Essex

Peabody is seeking a compassionate Outreach Support Worker to assist residents across Basildon and surrounding areas. The role is part-time (22.5 hours per week) with a hybrid/community-based setup, base office in Pitsea, and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will help people overcome challenges related to mental health, physical health, and employment, visiting homes to support tenancies, welfare benefits, and life skills. Enhanced DBS is required.
